🍓 How do I stay up to date with your commission?

🍓 What’s your commission workflow?
My commission process goes through 5 stages: draft, sketch, lineart, base color, and finishing.✦ The draft stage is a very rough sketch used to determine the overall composition and brainstorm ideas.
✦ From there, I’ll refine it into a cleaner sketch, then move on to lineart, base color, and finally, finishing.
✦ You’ll receive updates at each stage to review and request revisions if needed.
✦ To save time, lineart and base color are usually checked together.
✦ Revisions are accepted up until the base color stage — once I begin rendering, further changes won’t be possible to prevent confusion or inconsistencies.For a more detailed look at my process, you can check my full workflow here.
🍓 Is there a fee to be put on the waitlist? When should I send my payment?
There is no fee for being added to the waiting list. I won't ask for money until I'm able to work on your commission. You can also cancel your booking anytime before paying, just be sure to let me know beforehand (please don't ghost artist!)
🍓 Do you accept order outside your menu? e.g. I want you to do line art/coloring only

🍓 How much should I pay for couple/more than 1 char?
Price multiplies according to how many characters you're commissioning. For couple, the price will be multiplied by two.
🍓 What counts as personal and commercial commission?
Personal (non-commercial) commission is something you get only for your personal, emotional enjoyment.Commercial commission is something that will generate you any kind of profit. There are 2 tiers of commercial use:✦ Commercial usage [PROMOTIONAL]; for any promotional/advertisement activities. Whether your video gains revenue or not, it's still included in this category.
✦ Commercial usage for [DISTRIBUTIONAL]; this is for commissions that will be used as goods to generate income. To set the pricing, a discussion is required.

🍓 What's your terms regarding origin file (.psd/.clip) for commercial commission?
Commercial commissions (L2D Vtuber model art, lore video illust, etc.) will be given the origin file if requested. However, the layers would be merged as needed. If the client ask for all layers to be intact, a further discussion will be needed to determine the additional charge.

By using my service, you agreed to the following terms and conditions:
I have the right to accept or decline your commission.
I have the right to post the finished piece. If you request your personal comms not be posted at all, I'll consider that as commercial use and charge you an additional +100% fee.
Commission will start after payment (half or full is OK).
Revision max. 3 times. Minor revisions are always OK. No more revision after finishing/rendering stage.
References must contain clear pictures and/or photos.
Refunds won't be available once the commission has started or after the initial sketch has been provided.
The finished piece will be put on sta.sh with .jpg/.png format, with minimum size of 2000x2000 pixel wide 300 DPI resolution. You can also request to be sent via e-mail.
Turnaround time is 1 week ~ 2 months, depending on the complexity of the illustration. Please be easy on the deadline!
My commission isn't work for hire. This means you can't use the commissioned art outside our discussed agreements (NO using personal work for commercial usage).
The use of my artwork in any form of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is strictly prohibited. By commissioning me, you agree not to use my artwork for AI-related purposes under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) Using my art to train, feed, or input into AI models; 2) Modifying, “enhancing,” or altering my work through AI tools; 3) Generating derivative or related works using AI. This policy applies to all commissioned artworks, including past, current, and future projects. Examples of prohibited AI tools include (but are not limited to) Grok, ChatGPT, Sora AI, Gemini, and similar platforms.

Please don't ask other artists to replicate my art style, or use my artwork in any way to train AI or generate similar results.
I do have the right to post the finished commission on any website for my portfolio (except for private & commercial commission if agreed by the contract).
You (as the commissioner) do have the right to post your commissioned art on any website. Credit isn't obligatory but highly appreciated!
You (as the commissioner) do have the right to edit the commissioned art (but not by feeding it to AI). Please make sure to confirm with me beforehand.
You (as the commissioner) don't have any right to use personal commission for any commercial use (promotional and/or distribution).
Other people beside you (as the commissioner) & me (as the artist) don't have any right to publish/use the commissioned art without any written permission.
